For all the joy that has come in to my life the last 4 1/2 years of knowing and loving Melvin, it would be very frustrating if not for the support and assistance of one very wonderful lady, Alison Foley of Foley Immigration Law. She worked with me every step of the way, filed our petition with USCIS on our behalf, and dealt with me regularly for almost 9 months. She actually took a call from me in June 2013, the day that SCOTUS overturned DOMA. She is a tireless advocate for the LGBTQ community, and an expert in immigration processes.
